These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Slut platform, operated at slut-ai.org ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that accessing adult-oriented content is legal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be under 18.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Attempt to generate content involving minors in any context
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or third parties
• Circumvent or attempt to disable security measures
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate other individuals or entities
• Upload malicious code or interfere with Platform infrastructure

4. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate text and images. All AI-generated content is fictional. No AI companion represents a real person. You acknowledge that AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or inconsistent, and you agree to use such content at your own discretion.

Content you generate remains subject to these Terms and applicable law. You may not use AI-generated content to defame real individuals, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in any unlawful activity.

5. Intellectual Property

All Platform technology, design, text, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without written permission.

Content you create using the Platform (including generated images) is licensed to you for personal use. We retain a limited license to use anonymized outputs for service improvement purposes.

6. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Services

The Platform contains affiliate links. When you click these links and complete purchases on partner platforms, we may earn a commission. This is disclosed transparently and does not affect the price you pay. We are not responsible for the products, services, or policies of third-party platforms.

7. Subscription & Payment

Free accounts are available with limited features. Premium subscriptions provide expanded access. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Payment is processed by third-party providers subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific results from AI interactions. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted, or in courts of competent jurisdiction. Users in the European Union retain statutory rights that cannot be waived by these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
